If you believe someone is wrongly displaying a 100%NZ logo, please contact them directly in the first instance to voice your concern - they may have made an honest mistake. We do not get involved in disputes - instead we refer people who wish to make a complaint to the Commerce Commission, with reference to a possible breech of the Fair Trading act by way of false or misleading advertising. The Commerce Commission will then act on your complaint, investigate it, and come to a decision which may or may not include prosecution. If the Commerce Commission decides the complaint is upheld, we will 'blacklist' the site and remove their registration.
