Not receiving the emails?

Some users may experience problems receiving our emails due to SPAM and junk mail filter settings. If you're not receiving our emails then please check your spam folder and also add the following email address to your safe sender list:

If your email provider is XTRA then you also need to log into your Yahoo Xtra Bubble account and set up your spam filters there too. Check that our emails have not been stuffed into your SPAM folder. If you do find the email in there, click on it click  "NOT SPAM". This should add the address to your safe sender list and allow all future emails from us to be delivered without any problems - but please double check just in case.
